Lightyear Youth Group
The Lightyear STEM Youth Group is a group of disabled and neurodivergent young people aged 14-25, who meet regularly to share their stories, experiences, and ideas about STEM with each other and with the Lightyear Foundation.

Guaranteed Interview Scheme
We welcome applications from D/deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people. Under our Guaranteed Interview Scheme, we offer an interview to D/deaf, disabled and neurodivergent applicants who clearly evidence in their covering letter that they meet all the essential criteria for the role. Applicants should give examples showing how they meet each one.
To use the scheme, applicants should write “I would like to be considered under the Guaranteed Interview Scheme” in their application email or covering letter. Applicants need to ask to use the scheme, even if they have mentioned their disability or neurodivergence elsewhere. The guarantee is for an interview, not a job offer.
