Join Our Board as a Trustee

Are you passionate about inclusive STEM? Lightyear Foundation is seeking trustees to help shape strategy, champion accessibility, and empower young disabled and neurodivergent people. We’re particularly keen to hear from:

  • Individuals with lived experience of disability or neurodivergence

  • STEM professionals (digital, engineering, education, finance)

  • Strategic governance, marketing, legal, or fundraising experts


Role Summary:
As a Trustee, you will be part of the governing body of Lightyear Foundation, ensuring the charity delivers its mission, complies with its legal duties, and uses its resources effectively. Trustees work collectively and bring their expertise, insight, and lived experience to shape the strategy, sustainability, and impact of the organisation.
