Active-learning topics

Our summer topic, Japan and the Paralympics, has drawn to a close. It's been an incredible term of active-learning, as students explored Mount Fuji, cherry blossom and bonsai trees as well as Shinkansen, the high speed bullet train! Weaving STEM into fun and physical classes has produced great results, with 75% of participants learning something new about the STEM topic this term.

Moving forwards into the Autumn term, our new topic is... The Ocean! We will be exploring the depths of the Mariana Trench, currents and tides, and of course marine life! We'll also be learning more about climate change and plastic pollution. All whilst keeping active and creative!
