Volunteers needed for fantastic new study

The Lightyear Foundation is searching for parents and carers of disabled children to take part in a fantastic new pilot study that aims to help take the stress out of medical appointments. If medical appointments are something your family struggle with, you are based in London or Bristol and you are willing to try some new techniques that are backed by research, we would love to hear from you.
The pilot involves attending a 45 minute workshop in either Bristol or London, learning about the techniques to help children remain calm during medical appointments and procedures and then reporting back to the Lightyear Foundation on how well the techniques work. You will be fully supported through the process by the Foundation and all we ask for as a commitment is to provide light touch feedback on the techniques over the course of 6 months to a year.
