Charity partner for The Centre for Compressor Technology

We are delighted that The Centre for Compressor Technology has chosen Lightyear Foundation to be its charity partner as its upcoming International Conference on Compressors and their Systems, taking place from 11–13th September at City, University of London.

The Centre was established in 1995 and represents a hub for scientists, engineers and industrial experts to work together and solve some of the biggest challenges for the compressor industry in energy utilisation. They organise and host a biennial International Conference on Compressors and their Systems. This 3-day conference provides a forum for developments in air, gas and refrigeration compressors, vacuum pumps and expanders. The programme will be more cohesive this year by the inclusion of industry sessions on high-importance topics in addition to the traditional keynote addresses, research and technical papers, podium papers and discussions. This will provide a platform to identify current challenges and provide the essential content and direction to shape future research.

Lightyear Foundation Trustee Peter Roberts will be on stage and in the exhibition hall on the Tuesday so please do stop by to say hello!

Thank you to the Centre for choosing to support Lightyear Foundation in this wonderful way.
