We are proud to announce our next SEN in STEM Network roundtable exploring what funders look for in accessible and inclusive projects.
We will be joined by a panel of funding experts:

  • Dominique Sleet, Public Engagement Manager, Royal Academy of Engineering

  • Tom Mansell, Grants Manager, and Anna Hoddinott, Senior Grants & Communications Manager, John Lyon's Charity

  • Rebecca Levy, Foundation Manager, Spectris Foundation

  • Christina Fuentes Tibbitt, Community Engagement Manager, British Science Association

Each will be giving their perspectives on:

  • What they look for when considering STEM projects for disabled children/adults

  • Considerations around evaluation and capturing all voices effectively

  • Open funding streams and tips for making an application

There will be time for a group Q&A and facilitated networking.

The Royal Observatory Greenwich are offering free planetarium tickets on the day to the show aimed at key stage 2 called ‘Universe On Your Doorstep’ at either 11.30am or 12.45pm. They run for 45 minutes including a Q&A with the astronomer afterwards.
